To ensure continuity of care, all medical records will be faxed or emailed to your family veterinarian following your visit with us.

Dr. Susan Yohn, diplomate ACVIM, of Internal Medicine Referral Service offers ultrasound, endoscopy and other advanced diagnostic procedures. Dr. Susan Horton Of Chicago Exotics, is a specialist in avian and exotic medicine. Because both practices are at Animal 911, your pet can have a consultation without the stress and inconvenience of being transferred.
Animal 911 provides a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. Our facility includes a pharmacy for our patients, in-hospital surgery suite and x-ray capabilities, and a closely supervised hospitalization area with indoor kennels.
